Initiate Your Request
Log into your FABLEROOM account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the items in their original boxes with all protective inserts to ensure they are not damaged during transit back to our warehouse.
Affix the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel, covering any previous delivery markings.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned home goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
